Privacy policy
Effective date: October 14, 2026.
Who operates this site
Your Insure Cure, LLC operates Second Home Insurance Fast. For a privacy question or request, use the contact form and identify your message as a privacy request.
Information you provide
The native inquiry forms collect your name, email, optional phone number, message and consent to follow up. The property quote form also collects the property state and a broad property-use category. Do not submit Social Security numbers, payment information, identity documents, medical records or other sensitive material through these forms.
How information is used
Inquiry information is used to review and respond to your request, manage the conversation, maintain appropriate records and protect the website from misuse. Submitting an inquiry is not consent to unrelated automated marketing texts. The native site does not sell inquiry data through an advertising integration.
Storage and access
Native form submissions are stored in a private directory outside the public website files. Access is through the password-protected editor or the hosting account. The website runs on the operator’s hosting provider, expected to be Hostinger. Host services and authorized administrators may process data in providing and maintaining the service. Security measures reduce risk but cannot eliminate it.
Necessary cookies and technical records
The site uses a necessary session cookie when you use a form or the private editor. It supports form security, confirmation messages and administrator authentication. Public reading pages do not intentionally start a tracking session. No advertising pixels or analytics scripts are included in the delivered site.
The hosting provider may maintain access and error logs containing technical information such as IP addresses, timestamps, requested addresses and browser details. The application also keeps short-lived hashed IP-based rate-limit records for abuse prevention.
Email notifications and external links
If the operator enables email notifications, the configured mail service receives a notification containing a request reference and an editor link. The native notification does not include your full inquiry. Email replies sent later by the operator are handled by the operator’s email provider.
An optional external quote link may direct you to another service. It loads only when you follow that link, and that service’s privacy terms apply. Source links also take you to independent websites. There are no third-party quote iframes in the initial site.
Retention
The current application retention setting for native inquiries is 90 days. Expired inquiries are removed when a form or administrator page triggers the cleanup routine; deletion is not instantaneous on an inactive site. Administrators can delete individual inquiries earlier. Hosting backups, email correspondence and records required for an insurance transaction may have different retention periods. The operator should tell you the applicable retention rules for any later transaction.
Your choices and requests
You may ask about access, correction or deletion by submitting a privacy request. Identity verification may be needed before a request can be fulfilled. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on the circumstances and law. You can decline to submit a form, but then this site cannot use it to arrange follow-up.
Changes and additional services
This policy must be updated if the operator adds analytics, advertising, new form providers, data sharing or other processing. Any required consent controls must be implemented before those tools are used. This policy does not itself establish legal compliance.
